Sacchetto Building

The facade renovation project for the ground floor and building was developed with the main objective of minimizing costs and structural modifications, while always focusing on the functional and aesthetic improvement of the space. From the conceptual phase to execution, all decisions were guided by the search for a practical solution that met the residents' needs and enhanced the value of the building. The new facade design aims not only to update the building's appearance, bringing a more contemporary and elegant aesthetic, but also to prevent the emergence of issues that could compromise the construction's integrity over time. To achieve this, high-durability materials and construction techniques were used to ensure the longevity of the renovation.
